All materials, components, and raw materials for this equipment, whether domestically produced or imported, are eco-friendly products. Based on the compression refrigeration characteristics of machinery, a dual-stage multi-way main-bypass system is adopted. The multiple main paths and bypasses can be automatically selected according to different operating conditions. The entire
control system operates autonomously through intelligent control based on actual working conditions, replacing the traditional method of using thermostats to regulate heaters to offset cooling capacity. This achieves energy-saving effects by reducing energy consumption to just 80% of similar products. It also decreases the operational load on refrigeration compressors,minimizes equipment vibration and noise, and improves control precision. The refrigeration compressor's output adapts to various temperature change rates required by laboratories while controlling power consumption to enhance energy efficiency. Noise reduction measures are implemented throughout the structure and mechanical processes using sound absorption and noise elimination techniques, effectively minimizing overall equipment noise.
2. Self-developed multi-way and multi-stage throttling system (refrigeration system).
The refrigeration system of this equipment is designed with different main and bypass capillary roads according to different working conditions of the system. The intelligent control system automatically controls the capillary throttle system according to working conditions, and automatically adjusts the flow size to achieve the purpose of temperature change, and the temperature field changes uniformly with minimal temperature fluctuation.
3. The broadband pressure balanced temperature control system is applied to realize rapid temperature control through the fast-converging PID adaptive algorithm.
By integrating a temperature conditioning chamber, static pressure chamber,and centrifugal fan-driven forced air duct system, we ensure efficient heat exchange while delivering uniform airflow through the overhead perforated plate to every workspace (experimental area), achieving optimal temperature distribution. To accelerate thermal stabilization, our company collaborated with Weilun Corporation to develop a proprietary PID adaptive control algorithm. This intelligent control method continuously adjusts parameters
based on real-time temperature data, ensuring rapid response, minimal overshoot, and highly stable performance throughout the process.

11.4 Safe Storage Conditions for Test Chambers When the test chamber is not in use, the storage environment of the test chamber shall be maintained at a temperature consistently above 0ºC.
If the storage environment temperature is below 0ºC, for water-cooled test chambers and humidity chambers, all residual water in the equipment shall be drained completely in a timely manner to prevent pipe damage caused by freezing.

12.7 Installation, Commissioning and Acceptance The buyer shall be responsible for providing the external conditions required for equipment installation in accordance with the supplier's requirements, and the installation shall be conducted by our company. The supplier shall be responsible for on-site installation and commissioning at the buyer's location. After the completion of installation and commissioning, personnel from both the supplier and the buyer shall sign the commissioning and acceptance report to confirm approval.
