It uses fluorescent ultraviolet light as the light source and appropriately controls the temperature to cyclically generate condensation on the sample, so as to comprehensively obtain the damage influence results of sunlight, moisture and temperature on polymer materials (material aging includes fading, loss of luster, strength reduction, cracking, peeling, powdering, oxidation, etc.). The fluorescent ultraviolet light of the ultraviolet lamp can reproduce the influence of sunlight, and the condensation and water spray system can reproduce the influence of rain and dew. In the whole test cycle, the irradiation energy and temperature are both controllable. A typical test cycle usually consists of ultraviolet light irradiation at high temperature and a dark and humid condensation cycle with a relative humidity of 100%. It is typically applied to paint coatings, plastic products, wood products, adhesives, etc.
