Product Description
Purpose
The cold and hot shock testing machine is divided into two box dynamic shock and three box static shock according to the special characteristics of the test sample. This product can be used for two box cold and hot shock to test the degree to which material structures or composite materials can withstand continuous environments of extremely high and low temperatures in an instant, and to test the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the shortest possible time. Widely used in aerospace, electronics and electrical engineering, instrumentation, automotive, communication, integrated circuits, semiconductors and other fields, it can detect potential defects in products, conduct stress screening tests, improve product reliability and carry out product quality control. Analyze and evaluate the performance and behavior of the product after experimental storage under environmental conditions.
Feature
1. The two boxes are divided into two parts: high temperature zone and low temperature zone. The test product is placed in the basket, and when impacted, the basket moves the test product into the high temperature zone or low temperature zone for impact. The test product is dynamic. During high or low temperature impact, the maximum time can reach 999H and the maximum cycle period can reach 9999 times.
3. The cooling system adopts a binary refrigeration system, which has a fast cooling effect and is water-cooled.
4. Can be connected to a computer via the UISB/RS232 interface, allowing for complete recording of temperature curve data.
5. Program loop: All loops. Up to 999 loops, partial loop, up to 99 loops.
