As a large-scale climate simulation environmental device, the walk-in constant temperature and humidity laboratory is suitable for evaluating the temperature and humidity aging tests of electrical and electronic products, including new energy components, automotive parts, household appliances, semiconductors, electronics, aerospace equipment, components for colleges/universities, and instrumentation. Based on the characteristics of mechanical compression refrigeration, a two-stage multi-channel main bypass system is applied. The multi-channel main and bypass circuits can be adaptively selected for activation according to different working conditions. The entire control is automatically realized by the intelligent control system based on the operating conditions, replacing the traditional method of using a temperature controller to activate heaters for offsetting refrigeration capacity. This design achieves energy-saving effects: not only does energy consumption account for only 80% of similar products, but it also reduces the operational load of the refrigeration compressor, minimizes equipment vibration and noise, and improves control accuracy.
The refrigeration output of the compressor adapts to the laboratory's requirements for various temperature change rates, while controlling power consumption to achieve energy efficiency. Throughout the structure and mechanical operation, sound absorption and noise reduction measures are applied in different areas to minimize overall equipment noise.
